  • The Cure for Chronic Pain with Nicole Sachs
    • Amazing recovery stories, where patients can recognize themselves in the symptoms, personality traits, diagnosis and treatments. Nicole also personally worked with Dr. Sarno and offers many insights into his work and how she healed herself from chronic back pain with his diagnosis and guidance

  • Dr. Joe Dispenza (personal favorite, great meditations, may be more parent focused before recommending to kid, spotify podcasts are great though)
    • Joe’s retreats are quite expensive but worth every penny, if you want to see yourself healed and reach new levels of mind, Dr. Joe is a must
